I stood between Elijah and Isaiah, their presence like an anchor as I canned the scene. The Alpha and Luna stepped onto the raised platform, their commanding auras drawing every eye. The glowing wolf let out a mournful howl, its eyes meeting mine with an intensity that made my breath catch. Then, as suddenly as it had appeared, the wolf disappeared, its light fading into the night.
