Thousands of miles away, someone had just received news from Hasen City. Then, the sounds of things being thrown and cursing rang out.

“Diana Oh, Diana! Why are you haunting me?” The sound of crashing objects and Isabelle’s furious screams echoed through the room, startling the maids stationed outside to look after her.
“What’s going on? Why is she suddenly losing it today?” one maid asked nervously
“I have no idea. Someone sent this woman a letter from Hasen City earlier, and she’s been like this since she read it, the other maid replied, frowning,
“A letter from Hasen City? Why didn’t you stop them and let Lord Valencia see it first?”
“It’s from Fletcher. Who would dare intercept it? But don’t worry, I already copied it and sent it to Lord Valencia. If there’s anything important, he’ll know by now.”

Inside the room, Isabelle shredded the letter in a fit of rage. Then, she stuffed the pieces into her mouth, chewing them viciously as if devouring a person. Only two fragments remained intact, each bearing a name.
One read “Eliza” and the other, “Diana”
“Bang” The moment her eyes landed on that name, Isabelle’s fury reignited. She grabbed a cup from the table and smashed it onto the fragment with Diana’s name.
The coffee splattered across the table, soaking part of the paper. Beside it lay a jagged shard of porcelain.
Isabelle picked up the shard, gripping it tightly despite the sharp edges cutting into her hand. Then, she began slashing at the paper with Diana’s name on it
Her face twisted with hatred, and her movements were so violent that it seemed as though she were stabbing D person rather than a mere piece of paper
